I did, that video interview is the first round, then a 30 Min call for me, then it was a panel interview. Then I got ghosted for months lol then they said I was a top candidate and wanted another panel, then the position was cut, then they reached back out 2 months later asking if I was interested. Left a very sour taste in my mouth, they weren’t respectful of my time or communicative. But that’s just my personal experience
All good thank you! I actually have a way better job then what i was interviewing for at a Biotech. Thank you for the wishes!
From what I remember, you had a chance to rerecord your answer once or twice per question, not really sure anymore. The recordings were about a minute long or so. For position I applied for, it was a lab one so they asked technical skills about my previous experience (working with cells and what skills i have experience with), no behavioral/scenerio questions for me.
I have been asked that in the past for internal positions. Nothing fishy
Wow… that’s weird
Agreed. Sounds really fishy. Maybe reach out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and ask about the position?
what's a self-interview? I got hired into J&J 8 years ago so the tech probably didn't exist then. I've never heard of it for internal hires
It's an interview during which you'll be asked three questions, and then you'll record your answers.
Hi , I went through the process of self interview. Then I did a group interview and it was one of my worst interviews to date. The managers were yawning and rolling their eyes. I decided to end the interview and never apply again.
I am sorry to hear that ! I had complete opposite experience and end up being hired! If you really want to join JnJ, I encourage you to apply to other positions.
