I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. The clinical director is not usually on site, since we have multiple locations, and she is the CD for the entire company. How do I keep my team engaged when I am also struggling to stay motivated?

Our department has had a lot of turnover within the last few months, all of which were from different reasons (school, family issues, opportunities close to home, etc.). It has been a challenge to divide the workload, while still trying to remain flexible and provide a work-life balance.

Anyone familiar with Covid Supplemental Paid Sick Leave in CA? Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off? (I’ve only been able to find references to eligibility being based off of hours work preceding C19 sick leave - nothing about planned time off)

I’m an application analyst in the midwest for a small CAH. I was hired into this position at $27.15/hr and have now worked here for a year. I’m curious how my salary compares with others working in the midwest. My primary responsibilities are systems/HIE integrations using Meditech, HL7 transfer, SQL report writing, and user administration (just to name a few).
