It really is that simple employers ...

Oliver Wyman fishes, I have 1 YOE at Deloitte but not officially in their consulting practice, but working with a strategy consulting team there. If there are no ‘Consultant’ level openings on the career page right now, is there anything I can realistically apply for? Does Senior Consultant make any sense?

They’re all the same sh*t, different color. Practice/people dependent more than anything
Can confirm, have been at PWC now for almost 4 years, I've found teams I do NOT want to work with again, but have also found some of the most incredible people I've ever met
Interviewed with PwC and found one of the interviewers really arrogant. Overall I think EY’s just a friendlier culture and probably less cutthroat? Was with EY for a long time.
Capgemini is a dumpster fire in US consulting. Common knowledge. They lost a lot of clients because of this. Sinking ship.
I made the move from EY to PWC. Felt I had a little more ownership of my career. Have been at both for about 4 years each. I’d say it’s very practice dependent.
Benefits and independence are similar. Obviously EY audits more technology clients but I haven’t seen much of a difference.
