I agree with this sentiment but at some point you have enough money (I’m nowhere near that) and motivational factors other than money become primary. Nobody is going to work for free obviously, but the compensation becomes secondary. An extreme example but I doubt Tim and Bob are really in it for the paycheck at this point.
