Thinking about switching in house jobs from one bank to another. Current job is great for work life balance but no promotion prospects and pay is below market. New job offers a better title and better pay but work life balance is a bit of an unknown. First year lit associate here. I had a tough time deciding between corporate and lit and chose lit because I wanted to litigate. Its only been a few months but I’m not enjoying the people or the work as it turns out (too many internal investigations and researching obscure issues, haven’t been on a single filed case yet). My current experience is 7.2 yoe.. joined accenture, feb 2021. My current fixed is 14.7LPA.. level is 10.. is my pay per current Accenture Standards.. im waiting for my promotion since 6mnths.. however, my manager is managing to push it as much as possible with Lame excuses..
