What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.
Now I missed my period and pregnant. I am panicking a lot, not sure if I want a baby right now. Definitely i cant deal with pregnancy constantly knowing how much u drinking could have affected the fetus and if i could ever endure the consequences it would bring upon the baby

Y’all I just need to vent real quick as my husband is gone for the week several time zones away and I’m alone. This late second trimester heartburn is unreal! I’ve never really had heartburn before but holy shit! I find myself pacing and feeling sick to my stomach because of it, unable to focus on anything else, and then I’m drained because all my energy is spent focusing on just this pain. Hoooo 😵 10/10 do not recommend

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

Might be a silly question - but can we choose to have a c-section over natural delivery? The thought of natural delivery scares me

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

Anyone else find themselves getting extremely stressed at work during pregnancy? It’s like my emotions are just off and I get so stressed so easily. I want to be calm for baby but it’s hard to not get worked up!

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.

I just had my first ultrasound and they’re telling me I’m only 6w3d… but I really thought I was 7w6d based on my last period and conception date (I’ve been tracking everything with Flo). It feels off to me bc I’ve tested positive for 4 weeks now. How do you know what to trust?
