Has anyone’s offer got pulled? What could be the reason? Got an L5 offer TC 325k early March. A week later while I was asking for more RSUs the offer was pulled. Recruiter said they decided to “go a different direction for the team”. No other explanation was offered except that the recruiter said I may be asking for too much money which was a speculation. I haven’t put in a notice so dodged a bullet in this bad market. Last week I learned the role was filled. What could be happening here?

Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral. I understand the word is controversial but is “Latins” grammatically correct? I assume we should just say Latin Americans, but trying to understand if Latins is also accurate.
