Hate that I don't have a good work-life separation; it's totally on me. I'm guilty of taking long lunch breaks, but it's the general trend in the team. When I'm back from supposed 'lunch break, my motivation and focus dip so hard but it's so hard to fight the FOMO of everyone else having fun conversations. I guess they're okay with going back home with work they could have done at the office. Any tips on how I can break away and be more intentional during my actual work hours? How long are your lunch breaks?
