Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.

Applied here and interviewed (presumably to the final round) and didn’t end up with an offer, I think due to the specific experience I’ve had so far. I want to definitely try again in the future when I get more experience. Is there a specific grace period that is ideal? Would this look bad if I apply again since I’ve been rejected before?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. Have interviews set up at FAANG co and getting good signals, for a position that was posted widely (all across US) but not remote. Haven’t broached the subject of location yet. Would you (1) early on clearly state that you’re not open to relocation but that you would be open to visiting a big office once or twice a month; (2) not say anything now and wait to get an offer and ask for an exemption; or (3) something else?

If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
