I’m a staff w/ MS in Comp Sci. What avenues or roles exist for someone to exit into the industry (mostly big tech) after spending 2 years at a big 4? Is it sensible to wait until you’re a Manager (4 years) and why if this is the case ? What about making a move within the first year itself?
