Yes but I gave more generic reasons. Not because I feared I'd be subjected to unfair judgment but because I realized morality is a subjective quality and I don't expect everyone to share my moral values.

As a newbie consultant, it’ll be tough since that decline automatically puts one at risk, especially if there are no other projects to immediately staff.
If one is experienced enough and has created a reputation and brand within the firm, it’s possible to decline.
Consulting firms exist to generate revenue and make profits. If a firm’s leadership truly believes in values based consulting, it will ensure it doesn’t seek business from such clients. But that’s a rare thing and probably not sustainable at a large scale.
Yes - I say I don’t like the companies ethics or has different values than myself that I wouldn’t be able to put aside for the role on the project to be a success.
Yes. I’ve also recused myself from working with certain types of clients. It hasn’t been a problem at all
