So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. Has anyone tried the exam question dumps ? There are so many websites but not sure which one is the most reliable one as all of them you would have to purchase such as pass-guaranteed, certwizard, etc.. any recommendations is greatly appreciated

Is there a way to go into an AE role with just SDR experience at a different company?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
