I have off and on during particularly challenging times. I started after my grandfather died, worked through that and stopped going. Then I started again a few years ago after one of my best friends passed. It's really helpful and I'd love to go more consistently, but it's only partially covered by my insurance so I haven't been.

That's so frustrating that insurance only covers a part of it. An organization is only as happy and healthy as its employees!
I have been in therapy for the last three years and it has truly changed my life. I have grown in ways that I truly never thought possible and even my therapist agrees with that. She told me last week she doesn't think that I need to be in thearpy anymore.
