Not in my experience, but I have heard of companies covering benefits for PT roles, so I'd imagine it's not entirely unheard of, just less common. Typically, PT roles don't have PTO or benefits, though.

That’s what I was thinking. Companies have started to offer benefits so I was thinking PTO could be one of them…
I had already accepted a FTE role and was working PT while in school. Contracted for up to 20 hours/week. I accrued PTO and other benefits (bonus) at 50% of my FTE contract.

So you’ve had experience with PTO as a PT employee??

I currently work at Amazon one day a week. Totally flexible schedule, they pay for your Amazon Prime membership and you accrue PTO. They also match your 401k savings up to 3% even when you are part-time flexible. You just have to commit to working at least 4 hours a week.
It's a "flex time" role in their warehouse. I have been doing it for almost a year now. I figure they are paying me to workout, as it really is a great full body workout.
