So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

So AI is going from taking our jobs to being a narc, lol, jk. But really, people shouldn't lie on their resumes anyway. It's just way more risky than beneficial. But I also think employers need to normalize understanding that people get laid off, fired, or have employment gaps... If that were more acceptable, fewer people would lie.

In marketing and advertising, layoffs are part of the job. I’ve never tried to hide the gaps. It’s a huge flaw in the system if companies are flagging that. AI would really be helpful if it could identify people taking credit for work they didn’t do. I see portfolios like that often. I’ve seen portfolios with my work in them.

I’ve never been a fan of that. If you list a skill you don’t have, then I think you’re obligated to learn it. I never want to admit I am weak at something. Instead of covering, I try to get better, because it will catch up to you.
I woudl never lie on my resume. I just feel like that would be too easy to figure out. However, I know people who have done it. I had a friend tell me she lied about having a Bachelor's degree.

I once conducted an interview with another manager. As we went through the portfolio, the other manager started grilling the candidate. Turns out that he had work in his portfolio that was done by his previous coworkers. The candidate knew he got caught. You never know who knows who.
Nah I think ai is not this advanced yet

Not advanced to do what part?
I’ve never outright lied on my resume. I have used adjectives and fun language to make my tasks at former jobs seem more impressive than they actually were. But it was never a lie and nothing that could be caught.
