I have been a data analyst for three years. I’ve got advanced Excel skills and R Programming skills, intermediate SQL skills and recently completed Datacamp’s intermediate Python course. My goal is to become a Data Scientist. Am I ready/experienced enough to go for the Data Science role or should I be looking at Junior Data Scientist/Senior Data Analyst roles? All my experience is in the energy industry looking at data on a national (GB) balancing level Databricks Shell Google Amazon Glassdoor
Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?

Yes, big red flag. I have not interviewed with one legitimate company that asked me to conduct interviews outside of normal business hours. I'm not saying it's 100% a scam, because there's always a chance, but it sounds off to me.
THEY WANT TO HARVEST YOUR ORGANS
Even if it's NOT a scam, what does this say about their culture, or at least their HR culture?
Now MAYBE the person doing screening and scheduling was an administrative person working out of Asia, and so the time zones would be weird for you (presuming you're in the US.) But still ... interview on a Sunday?
When a company routinely has people working on the weekend, it tells me (1) they are woefully understaffed and (2) you can't expect any work-life balance there.
Is this a job you REALLY want? Because it might not be as great in real life as it looks on paper, and I don't care what they are paying ...
