Have an offer in hand in my market of choice, going to ask my firm if they will formally let me transfer to their NYO, and if not, I plan to put my notice in. I feel inadequate and unsure of how or if to acknowledge the US/Buffalo racist murders and terrorism of this weekend in the workplace.
