Hello all. Currently I am working with Tiaa global business services and I have got an offer from UBS both profiles are for HR analyst position both have similar salary offerings. Can someone please suggest with which one should I go?

I need some career advice. I finished my master's degree in international law (B.A.Sc international relations) but I am not sure where to go from here. I always wanted to join a big firm and I've applied to different vacancies in international firms/companies but got rejected from all of them.
Does anyone have any tips on certain job positions or companies where an LLM would prove to be useful with my background?

a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

Outside of salary, what other things have people negotiated as new hire, I’ve seen more PTO, working from home, sign on bonus, even stock options? How have you negotiated these things especially if you are new to negotiating? Any books or references that gave you a great foundation.
