Willing to get into any ERP if given an opportunity.

On bench now and my company has 45 days paid bench and then it will be LOP. And as I heard there are no projects in my organization and they are not willing to give us transition as well.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

How is the Job security in atos? My friend joined in April, 3month have passed but he is still on bench. He was hired for SharePoint tech stack, but now his manager is saying "They have very less projects for sharepoint, so please prepare for Azure". I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction.
