Hello All,
I attended 2 interview processes with Capgemini and cleared initial rounds both
times.HR discussed salary, location, & I submitted BGV documents. After 3 weeks, I was told the client needed more experience and the package wasn’t approved, despite my willingness to negotiate.
This was disappointing and felt unprofessional given the time and effort involved. I also requested other opportunities but received no response. I hope the company improves communication and candidate experience.

They were aware of my 90-day notice period, and I had clearly informed them that I would resign on the same day I received the offer letter. However, after completing the entire process, they did not release the offer letter and instead started giving excuses.

But your profile says - Capgemini Pune. So you are already onboarded or what?

The company completed my background verification and the entire interview process, but after 1–1.5 months, they started giving excuses instead of releasing the offer letter. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, especially after investing so much time in the process.

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. Is there a way to say “my current org doesn’t know I’m looking, so please treat my interest with discretion” that doesn’t raise red flags? Thanks!
