I have 6.8 yoe as a full stack developer (.Net + Angular) . I got selected in TCS month back and I received salary backup only last week. It comes around 15.8lpa. they still haven't released offer letter. HR is saying my ctc has to went through approvals from their manager. How long it usually takes to release offer in TCS. Is this a common practice to get approval from manager for Salary.
