I have recently cleared interview for eTrading QA role for Bangalore location, I got a 42% Hike on my current salary.

I wanted to know about the Work Life Balance in SCB and in that Account if any one of you are working there. I am currently working in LSEG and the Work life balance here is very good and we have WFH.

I am really confused on whether to join SCB or stay at LSEG. Could you please help me with this, It'll be of great help.

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.
