Currently serving notice period. Related to retention part that HR told me to retain with 40% hike in 28th December but Today I have called to HR and ask the status, so she told me that She didn't receive any mail and call with my manager side so she is not aware anything. I want to know like Infosys retain employee or not. Is it depends on HR or Manager? InfosysIInfosys

Prioritize your mental health bro. Even after high salary you will still have that much work load. Also 6 years is more than enough to stay at one company.
