Hello all, I'm currently in final rounds with Google and TikTok, plus potentially Meta and Blackstone for similar Analyst positions in different business functions. I have 1YOE experience as an L4 BA in Amazon with incoming promotion to L5 at Q2, and was given the top performance rating (TT). There will probably be a pay bump from all offers but not sure if it will beat promo.

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year.
