EY2, just so you know, many of us who are in disagreement with trump actually bother fact checking ourselves. For example, I (as much as it pains me), have been making sure articles I read on CNN correspond with Fox News, and apart from diction, the facts are actually in line. Fox News just lets trump off lightly in their writing because if they don't, they'll get shit from the Republican Party. For someone who's been so educated and working in such an excellent firm, the least you can do for yourself is do your research. It's so basic to our job, and you can easily apply it to your life.
EY2 you're literally the reason why alternative facts is a thing. You guys don't bother checking multiple sources and believe everything trump says. It's appalling.
I am just here to say not every EY person is as thick as EY1&2. Please continue the bashing.

@pwc4 you might be right and lets hope it is the case. But as someone who came from a country which experienced a similar transformation during last decade. I would like to warn you that if your elected leaders start to act against fundamental beliefs of your country and/or its constitution it is never temporary. According to ProPublica, the order could block as many as 500,000 legal U.S. residents from returning to the country. <- it bans all citizens of 7 countries from entering regardless of visa or green card. Half a million legal humans.
@PwC4 you don't think oppressing and falsely accusing an entire group of ppl based on their religious affiliation, cracking down on freedom of speech, censoring media and news (the gag order on multiple agencies to prevent them from posting any more reports) and general dillusion about how own importance and self righteousness has ANY call backs to Hitler? A green card is just a fancy form of an immigrant visa, not a constitutional right unfortunately. I am from one of the six countries and became eligible for citizenship 9 months ago after working with US military in Baghdad for 2 years, studying in the US for 4 years, working and paying taxes for 4 years. I havent heard any update about my case since last year and now my application is on hold, I can't see my family, I can't travel for work outside the US, and after the 90 days freeze who knows what fucked up shit Trump and his admin will come up with me. All this with zero evidence that Iraqis are actually a threat to the US. Zero terrorist attacks by Iraqis in the US and Europe.
You know who attacked the US? BIG OIL COUNTRIES LIKE SAUDI, QATAR, AND EMIRATES THAT HAVE TOO MANY TIES TO BREAK WITH TRUMP AND HIS DONORS. SO YES THEY WOULD TRADE YOUR SECURITY FOR THEIR FINANCIAL BENEFITS ANYTIME ANY DAY

To those who agree with a "temporary ban to allow for extreme vetting" that's nonsense. Our "normal" background checks for refugee applicants is *extremely* comprehensive. There's a reason why we haven't had another 9/11: federal employees are working their asses off to keep this country safe. We've dumped money into national security and border protection over the last 15 years
I am from one of the other majority muslim countries which are not included in the ban. I have to travel for business and not sure if i should leave the country since you can not predict what he will do next.
