I’ve been working in AkzoNobel for 6 years now, & as there’s news all over that the company is winding up it’s business in India since few Indian giants are bidding to take over. What should i do in this sceanario..!? Since I’ve been working in an MNC drivers culture with European standards & now Indian based MNC shall take over. We as employees are sceptical to stick ourselves to the brand or find other opportunities.. plz suggest.

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. India offer is 10% more as compared to Poland one in terms of CTC, India offer has handsome joining bonus and stocks as well
