I've been working in SAP for past 20+ years, in various hands-on roles. I've been hearing about all the new exciting things happening in IT, outside of SAP. I have programming background and would love to venture out of SAP, but am worried I won't get as much salary to start with. Any thoughts or suggestions or recommendations? I'm working in the UK by the way.

Is there any time limit to avail relocation amount . I joined recently but currently working from home . Not yet planned to return to the office . So I just wanted to know if there is any time limit before I should get it or I will get the amount whenever I relocate.

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k.
