1)GOC Hyderabad (Google Operations Centre) and CTC offered ia 537338 annually. Variable pay included 45000. Relocation bonus 1.7L upon relocation. No joining bonus. Work from home set up $680.

2) Accenture (Bangalore) : CTC offered: 661850 variable pay included 51850

Joining bonus :91500
Relocation reimbursement 30000
No work from home set up bonus.

Please suggest which company to join and what will be my I hand salary in both the Co?

What is LPA location premium allowance mentioned in offer letter?? Is it variable part which we get end of year? Or will it be part of monthly salary?

Looking to start studying for the CPA is it worth to try to get into a Big 4 before passing? I've heard they will pay for it and give a bonus for passing.

My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.)
