Frustrated employee will resign from organisation and this will reduce the employee count leading to savings in employee cost.
Finally bosch will say we never fire people😅

So many people have been leaving BOSCH because of this decision. I guess that's what they want to achieve?
I think, many employees will resign in coming few months and look for greener pastures. No hike, no IT spending or new projects and final nail in the coffin is WFO for 4 days.
They are putting people in PIP who are resigned already for just head count. Many people worried on how to cope up this 4 day shit and threaten with No ASR, termination. How could someone go this cheap!!
