Go for UST. You will get better WLB and if luck prevails a good project. My friend works there and he never said anything bad about UST. Just that hikes and all is bit of an issue but hey it’s common issue in every company of this type.
How much average yearly hike UST gives?
I have heard about sapeint that wlb is very bad their, even when I interviewed the manager asked me are you ok to work on weekend if needed
On the other side, hiring manager told me that they have a policy where in his team strictly no meetings after 6:30pm and no work on weekends

Dont go for UST.. PS is okay but wlb may be an issue (depends on your project). Search for other companies..

Such a simple decision. I think you have posted this to show off. Straight decision. UTS is better than Publicis as campany also the offer and position from UTS is better than Publicis. Why would you go for Publicis ?

:) Don't be quick to judge some PPL may be here to show off but not everyone.. by the way it's UST not UTS ...and Publicis group is a bigger brand so when you compare it should be Publicis Sapient PS which you should be comparing I work in Epsilon which is also under Publicis Groupe so here the wlb is great My 2 cents :) Thanks you

Don't join UST there are lot of sudden decesion. No growth opportunity.
You are just used that's it, you won't grow.
As i saw you have only two offers in hand..
Ust and sapient. Everyone has on views on both of them.
So i am chossing from both of them, I will go for UST definitely.
Reason:
Sapient have no wlb. They even work till 11 pm every day and work even on weekends.
So for me wlb is must
