Are openings real in FP&A off late?
Most of the interviews attended are still in processing stage since three months and more. If it was case of one instance, it’s understandable but wonder why it’s so with most of the scenarios.

Also, noted certain MNCs posting quite a lot openings in Finance in Chennai and then nothing. Is it all made up!

Is it just me or anyone else also going through the same situation!!

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.

I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
