Pros - big name, great culture (people), something for everyone, great amenities on campus
Cons - low sense of urgency around projects, lots of potential re orgs, traffic around campus
Reorg every 18 months
I’ve had a couple friends work there and they really like the culture. The downside is you might be required to go into office for x amount of days each week.
Heard of someone being fired for having a Taco Bell bag in their car because they only carry Pepsi products.
Might be different now but I think maybe in the 2000s it was on site gang type shit.
Lots of aholes that are proud they are aholes. High stress work environment with lots of possible backstabbing, fairly woke, decent pay for Atlanta region. I recommend it for workaholics, corporate-ladder-climbers and people early in their career.
The pay is crazy. Their annual bonuses are more than a lot of people’s salaries. Ditto to the reorg thing and the mandatory work from the office.
Thanks for all info! I’m actually looking to be in office 2-3 days a week so that is good news and trying to get out of Big 4 accounting
Very curious - How did you get an interview? I’ve applied w/ referrals & not received a single interview. If anyone is currently working there & their team is hiring - would love to chat.
