Hello I am currently a Data Analyst for a Data Science & Analytics team where I build a lot of Tableau dashboards for end users to digest modeling outputs. I have about 3 years of experience with Tableau and love using the tool and everything about it! I would like to transition to a Solutions Engineer role for Tableau at Salesforce. Does anyone do trusts and estates at an AmLaw firm? I always thought that was more of a boutique practice area. Was contacted by a recruiter, and while I'm happy with almost everything about where I'm at, the way people discuss AmLaw salaries, I feel like I should consider it since it would probably be a significant jump in salary. I'm at 120k TC, and the only way it's going up is with increased bonuses or share of originations (and I am not a networker).

Most of these disputes are so petty and almost every case is about making up makeshift reasons for what would otherwise be wrongful termination.

You see people being fired where the actual reason is for instance hooking up with the CEO’s young female crush, or speaking up about issues in the workplace.

Even the most innocuous detail can be turned against an employee. Eating lunch at your desk can e.g. easily be labelled as being ‘uncooperative’.

Wife got lawyer, and I am interviewing lawyers starting tomorrow. I am primary breadwinner (95%), but she is citing at-fault divorce. I have been having substance abuse issues and anger issues (no physical violence). Need help. She is okay about negotiating outside lawyers. Can anyone recommend a divorce lawyer in ATL area? Any pointers? No kids. Married for 3 years. I paid her student loans and put her through school.
