Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year. I have been supervising and managing our team of 6 for months with no extra pay or bonuses. I was told yesterday that raises will be light this year. Yet today they spare nothing.

I am an automation engineer in the automotive field with 7 years experience with at least 50 successful integration projects. I want to ask for a raise. What tools can I use to to compare my salary to see if my compensation is fair.

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... Won't this BGV completed before releasing the offer letter.. is there any phone number i can speak to them or will I get any updates after successful completion of BGV... Need your inputs on this.. Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.

* I have maintained the controlling group, assigned to CC. 10 maintained
* In ledger, my local and global currency is 10 and 10
* Material ledger type is 9000 (currency 10: company code)
