I have 1.2 yrs experience in SAP SD specialised in AFS. Please help/guide me how to switch company. Should I wait for one more years or can I start looking for new opportunities in other company?

Also do suggest me how to prepare for SAP SD interviews.

For context, my small company was suddenly bought out by a large corp. I was about to get promoted to leadership but the new company doesn’t want to honor the title/salary increase we worked out.
