I am a fresher in the field and I have worked for a startup for 6 months as a Graphic Designer. I left that job as I was feeling stuck and helpless as the only person working in graphics there and no one to guide me, while being underpaid. Though now I have left I don’t know if I should continue in the Creative field or shift my career path to another department. I would love to talk with someone who is experienced in the field for advice.

How long does it take to hear back after your final interview for an in house counsel role? I did the final round of interviews for a Bay Area company last Monday and still haven't heard anything. No rejection yet, but the longer I hear nothing, the more I worry they're not confident I'm the right fit.
