Trying to break into creative strategy at an ad agency (no prior exp at one.) I have some mock campaigns and ads to show but nothing that's gone live. Any advice on how to get my foot in the doors of one of the top agencies? (Career pages, LI hasn't been working very well)

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? Hi all, my aim is to join one of the faang companies after two years. I want to dedicate these two years to attain whatever knowledge ia required. My skillset is currently java, springboot thats all. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. Curious to know what you've seen as working to non working dollars split in Canadian agencies. Reference any specific brands (or categories) if you can. I'm used to seeing the conventional 15-20% split for non working (production dollars only, not including media budget, agency fees) but are those days gone now with the takeover of digital (vs traditional) ad placements?
