I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I have an interview coming up for an Account Manager in Healthcare. I have 9 years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and a degree in Communications but no direct experience as an Account Manager. Any idea what a fair salary would be for Bay Area California?

I have a client (employer) that wishes to hire a worker that is currently in an H2B visa. Two questions: 1. Do I use the same 9142B to apply for the change of employer, and 2) because it is a change and extension (he is on year 2) it won’t count against the quota?
