There's a program where they pay a small amount of money to existing student loans, it's like $50/month (believe it stops when you hit Manager)
There's a supplemental / continuing education program where you can get up to $10K a year (as a Consulting / Advisory) employee to take additional clases. Requires a bit of approval
And then there's an MBA sponsorship program that pays for part, full, and executive MBAs as the top 20ish programs. Application process is a fair amount of work and comes with a handful of requirements
I mean it shows in your pay stub as received? But it’s 100 dollars paid directly to my loan provider, I don’t get any cash. And when I look at my loan balance, it takes 100 dollars off every month.
I’m currently getting my MBA and use the tuition reimbursement program. I submit a few docs for preapproval before the class starts and then I pay the school personally. Once I pass the class, I submit a couple of other docs for approval and then they reimburse me a portion of the cost (it normally covers around 95%).
Tuition reimbursement is capped at $10K/year for Advisory / Consulting staff. It's pretty much guaranteed.
MBA sponsorship is competitive and pays full cost of MBA program.
