I got an offer from Tech Mahindra for 13 LPA, with job locations in Pune and Hyderabad. Since I’ll need to relocate either way, I’m a bit confused about which city to choose. Could someone suggest which would be better in terms of office location and cost of living?

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
