I need guidance.

I have 7.5 years of total experience. My first employer (1.8 years) didn’t provide PF or salary slips, and the salary was paid from a personal account. I do have joining and relieving letters, and for the rest of my experience, I have complete documentation.

Since the startup has now closed, this period often confuses background verification. Should I remove this experience, or how can I best handle this situation with future employers?

I got an offer from epam but confused whether it’s epam systems or anywhere.

Salary has only fixed as HR mentioned that bench policy is revised on. Work location mentioned is also remote.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

I recently had a interview call with TCS technical team and the interview went well. HR asked to upload my documents in ibegin portal. But they are yet to contact me for my salary negotiation it's been three weeks since, can i know how much can I expect as compensation?

My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?
