I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. How do you respond to a super close friend who says they're not making masks mandatory at their June wedding (about 150 guests) because they want to have fun.
