I want to start my career as a Data analyst, and I have 2+ years of experience in Excel, I also have good knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and basic knowledge of Python and I created some projects based on SQL, and Power BI and my education background is from B.Com. But there is an issue that my prior company is not giving me the experience letter and my current organization reduced my salary by 41.4%. So what should I have to do?

Is there any remote work available with base pay?? I’ve exhausted myself with Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Glassdoor job searches and my unemployment is over 😭😭

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?
