I’ve been looking for a job for the past nine months. I cleared several interviews, but unfortunately they didn’t result in an offer. I’m currently facing financial challenges, so any job leads or referrals would mean a lot.

Is BBH racist? Just saw on LinkedIn they are importing another white British person to be their LA head of planning. Went on their website. Their leadership is devastatingly homogeneous. Has any BIPOC person here ever been interviewed for a leadership position at BBH in the US? Planning wise, I can't remember any BIPOC or any American being their head of planning anywhere. I might be wrong.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Why am I being iced?

Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Any thoughts?

I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
