Hello everyone, I'm a Software Test Engineer who moved to Bern 6 months ago, and I'm looking for a job here in Switzerland (Bern, Zurich, Lausanne, anywhere hybrid around), so far without luck. Do you have any advices? or if you have any roles open in your companies, that would be very helpful. I'm also open to any junior roles, technical ones (data analyst, DevOps, IT Support etc.)
I just started learning German, but I speak English and French.

In my department at work, we have always taken turns working on the holidays and been pretty flexible. Well, we’re really understaffed this year and several new employees are young parents. So, I offered to cover Thanksgiving and Christmas to help them out. But now I’m feeling super resentful. Any tips on getting through the next month without shooting daggers at them?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

what's the average compensation package for L4 MLE in Kitchener Waterloo?

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). The based salary is low $120k. Firm is in Tx. I’d love to hear your comments.
