I'm a WebDev having a total experience of 2 years and 6 months at WIPRO. I worked on Docker which has ignited a love inside me towards DevOps. I want to switch my company and am looking to switch into the DevOps field. Any suggestions?
I've started developing the DevOps mindset in me and also have started some tools.

Looking forward to your help for any suggestion on what and what not to do so that I can bring this transition in my career.

I’m new to in-house and I begin in January. I wanted to basically better understand M&A and all the inner workings of expanding the scope of a business into new avenues. Does anyone recommend a book or two that may be relevant/helpful? On amazon, I see “The Art of M&A” and “Working With Contracts”. Thank you for any insight.

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I have about three of experience as incident manager in operations, and I wish to move into devops, and i technically trying to upskilling me on the same.

I personally don't have a mentor to discuss this topic, so I like to know from you the below.

Right now, I have a decent offer for the role of Major Incident Manager, but how much CTC can be demanded as I am moving from non tech to techincal role.
