I'm currently in discussions with HR at TCS. I had applied for Python Developer role. I have 3 years and 4 months YOE. My current CTC was 4.5 LPA. I've asked for 10.5 LPA. Also, since I'm an immediate joiner, I asked about joining bonus, but the HR said that they are already providing 10.5 LPA CTC and asking the client to provide a joining bonus might result in reducing the CTC being offered.

Is my ask fair here? Please let me know.

I have been scheduled for an interview with hiring manager and a second interview with two Sr technical consultant. I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took.
