I’ve been working at Infosys for last 3.5 years with experience in Oracle DBA and Infrastructure. Currently, I’m getting ₹3.96 LPA. Could anyone suggest the expected market salary range for this experience level in 2025? Your insights would be really helpful.

Got offer from Oracle of 25 LPA with 23 as fixed. I am getting confused seeing all the posts regarding 35-40 LPA with other tech stack and with less experience. My query is what can be the next path for an Oracle DBA to reach high paid jobs like this. Need suggestions.
