On March 13th, I gave my R1/L1 interviews for the Workday Consultant role at Capgemini and Deloitte. Surprisingly, within just an hour after completing the first round, I received a call from HR regarding the second round, which they scheduled on the same day. I completed the second round interviews for both companies as well, but I haven’t received any update or call from HR as quickly as I did for the first round. Is there a way to track the status of my R2/L2 interviews?

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
