I'm interviewing with KKR for a Principal role in their real estate group. All online salary resources are all in alignment with a total comp of $200k+. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. Anyone have any direct knowledge or can speak to that group's comp?

But they will be offering me Max 14k Qatari riyal per month. So, will it worth going there if i have to manage accomodation,food and transport on my own. Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before.
